We have launched a new system which enables you to make a referral, or self-referral, directly into our database.

To refer a young person for in-school mentoring please use our online School/College Mentoring Request Form
To refer a young person for privately arranged mentoring please use our online Parent/Carer Mentoring Request Form
If you live in Stratford, and aged 11- 19, you can also refer (or self refer if over 16) to Community Mentoring. Please use our online Community Mentoring Request Form
Apply here to join our Youth Advisory Panel (If you are 13-15 and have received Lifespace mentoring in the past you can apply with a parent/carer. If you are 16-19 you can self-refer).

Our policies and procedures are designed to protect the young people we see, the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers and the future of our organisation. They reflect our commitment to being the best we can be at what we do.
