To find a Lifespace mentor to support you, here are the options:
1: Ask a teacher or member of school staff if Lifespace works in your school and if they can arrange for you to see a mentor. Even if we don't already have mentors in your school, if you're in our patch in Warwickshire we'll try hard to help - they just need to get in touch with us.
2: Ask one of your parents, carers or grandparents to get in touch with us - admin@lifespace.org.uk or call 01789 297400.
3: If you're over 16, you can contact us directly at hello@lifespace.org.uk
We know it can be really hard to tell someone that you need support. When we ask young people who have been mentored what they would say to a friend, the most popular answer - by miles - is "
