What we do: Housing

Summary:
Lifespace Trust manages four properties, all consisting of 3-bedrooms, within Stratford-on-Avon where residents receive active support to help them gain skills for independent living.

Who is it for?
Adults 18+ recovering from ill mental health and ready to gain greater independence. We are able to take up to 12 residents in total. The Support work for residents is now provided by a national provider called Together who have taken on the contract from what was Mustard Tree Project. Lifespace Trust, as the landlord of the properties, works in partnership with Together to ensure excellent levels of service.

How can I request a place in housing?
As residential places are in high demand (and short supply across the county), we encourage people to make an application as soon as they feel a referral may be appropriate. A Waiting List is in operation.

Referrals
These are made in the first instance through Together – the national support provider, who can be contacted on 01789 294120 or 07557 737604. Together will assess each person’s need and suitability before making an application for housing with us.
